These WEBSITE TERMS OF USE apply to your use of this site and is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations and those of Kerala Vacations Ltd in relation to the holiday services offered through this site.
These WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, together with the BOOKING CONDITIONS, and PRIVACY STATEMENT found at the bottom of this page, form the basis of the contract between us.
Please read these WEBSITE TERMS OF USE carefully before ordering any Holidays from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Holidays, you agree to be bound by these WEBSITE TERMS OF USE. If you are purchasing a Holiday for people other than yourself you confirm you have their consent and that they agree to be bound by these WEBSITE TERMS OF USE(together with the other documents referred to in it).

'We', 'us' or 'our' means Kerala Vacations Ltd.
By accessing, using, browsing or booking on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these WEBSITE TERMS OF USE and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Any holiday or other service you purchase using this Site will constitute a legal agreement between you and Kerala Vacations Ltd. Please note that in order to book Holiday Services on this site you will be required to accept the BOOKING CONDITIONS. The BOOKING CONDITIONS form the legal contract between you and Kerala Vacations Ltd and govern the terms on which Holiday Services are offered and sold on this Site.
Nothing in this site shall constitute an offer of goods or services. No contract shall be formed between you and Kerala Vacations Ltd until you have received confirmation that Kerala Vacations Ltd has accepted your booking.
Return To Top2. Who can buy holidays through Kerala Vacations Ltd?
This Site and its Holiday Services are only available to people who, and parties that may, lawfully enter into and form contracts under UK law. You must be aged 18 years or more to book a Holiday Service from this Site and there must be at least one adult (18 years or more) travelling on any one booking. Your booking is made with Kerala Vacations Ltd as the agent for the holiday provider.

We accept payment by cheque. Your holiday is not confirmed until the cheque is cleared.
b) Booking online by credit card
We accept Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Delta and MasterCard. Payment for a holiday booked online cannot be made using multiple credit cards. There is no charge for the use of credit cards.
c) Booking by Phone
Please note:if you wish to book a Kerala Vacations Ltd holiday by telephone we can still accept credit card payments with no fee.

These WEBSITE TERMS OF USE may be revised from time to time. If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this Site. The revisions will be effective immediately. By using this Site after we have changed the WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. Return To TopThe prices of holidays and flights displayed in search results are in Pounds Sterling (£), US Dollars ($), or Euros (€) and are subject to availability. It is a condition of booking a holiday with us that you take travel insurance to cover items not included in our TOPP World-wide Protection Policy, for example medical treatment and repatriation.
Please note: all prices for accommodation inclusive holidays are based on maximum number of adults sharing the accommodation.
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use are governed by English law. All flights and packages sold through this website are protected by ATOL and TOPP insurance.
Return To Top9. Passports/Visas/Vaccinations/Foreign Office Advice
All members of the travelling party must each possess a valid passport and visa. Specifically for India, the passport must have 6 months still to run, and visas are required for all EU citizens, including children. Be certain to apply in time. You must also ensure you have had all applicable vaccinations before you travel. For up to date information please check the Department of Health Leaflet T5 or consult your local doctor. For up to date specific advice for the country or countries to which you plan to travel, contact the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Travel Advice Unit at www.fco.gov.uk.
If you fail to obtain the relevant documentation and vaccinations before you travel you will be solely responsible for any costs, loss or damage which you or Kerala Vacations Ltd incurs as a result of that failure. Kerala Vacations Ltd shall not be liable for any such costs, loss or damage.

You agree to keep your data accurate and up to date and promptly to send us any new or revised personal data. It is your responsibility to keep your passwords confidential and use the security devices offered.
